Policies

To keep our passengers safe and our limos sparkling clean, we have to have some policies and procedures in place. Please take a moment to read this page before you call and set up your luxury car trip:

Exclusive Car & Limousine Service is dedicated to providing complete and total customer satisfaction! All personal information provided is kept private and confidential. We ensure that you will receive prompt, courteous, and reliable service. In return, we expect you to observe our policies and procedures. By reserving your reservation, you are indicating that you have read and understand the terms of our policies and procedures and agree to follow them while traveling with Exclusive Car & Limousine Service.

All hourly reservations will require a non-refundable credit card deposit of $100 (minimum) unless otherwise specified. All airport reservations will be subjected to a 10% processing fee for services cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS are subjected to a 10% processing fee. Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the reservation date will be charged 50% of that reservation amount. Any cancellation less than 30 days of the reservation date will be subjected to full payment to be charged to your credit card. Refunds are at the discretion of the owner for “last-minute” reservations made and canceled within the same week. Some situations that are beyond your control may unfortunately put you into these situations. It is not the intent of Exclusive Car & Limousine Service to keep money for services not rendered. We have a limited number of vehicles. Once a vehicle is reserved, that time, date, and vehicle is held for your reservation and the opportunity to re-rent that vehicle is drastically reduced within the period listed above. However, in some rare cases, a gift certificate could be issued for the amount charged to your credit card to be used at a later date up to one year from the date of cancellation.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in our limousines and vehicles according to State Motor Vehicle Law. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Cans or bottles are permitted only. No beer balls, kegs, coolers, etc. are permitted. You must provide your own alcoholic beverages. All people of legal age consuming alcoholic beverage shall conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause harm to any person or persons or to any vehicle or its equipment. Your driver will periodically remove empty bottles and cans along your trip. Please dispose of any additional cans, bottles, and garbage at the conclusion of your trip. A $35.00 clean fee will be charged to your credit card if this is not completed. Any other damages that may occur such as spills, vomit, gum, burns, rips, tears, etc. will be subjected to additional fees depending on the severity of damages.

We recommend that all valuables be removed and not be left unattended. Exclusive Car & Limousine Service is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage to valuables left unattended. Exclusive Car & Limousine Service is not responsible for any delays or mechanical failures beyond our reasonable control or inclement weather.

Seat Belt Waiver Disclaimer
All of our vehicles are equipped with seat belts. It is the law that ALL passengers wear their seat belt while traveling in our vehicles. The Legal number of seat belts vary depending on the vehicle size and type. There will not be allowed more persons than seat belts in any vehicle.
 
Luggage/Cargo
No Luggage will be allowed inside of sedan vehicles except for small carry-ons.
